‪A fantastic UK grower and breeder passed me some Cannatonic and Z7 seeds late in 2011. I have been fighting the damaged caused by a virus in December 2010 so I was thrilled to have two varieties, specifically bred to be as medicinal as possible, based on what we have learned so far. I am a chronic pain sufferer for many years. I have been using cannabis to alleviate the symptoms for a couple of years now. When my medical grower brought me cannatonic and told me to smoke one joint everyday I did not expect anything different. I was wrong. Using Cannatonic everyday enables me to cut down on prescribed opiates to one third of what was usually necessary to control the pain. I smoke cannabis to alleviate phantom pains (in my unworking/unfeeling limbs) as well as frequent spasms (I hate those episodes). I have noticed that cannatonic works better than other strains. In fact, when my designated grower insisted I smoke cannatonic every day I did not expect extra relief from it. This strain is not only magical for me it is essential. My doctor had me try cannabis a few years ago. Whatever I smoked then triggered an epilepsy seizure right away. My doctor and I thought THC was not for me. In Spain, we had the pleasure of meeting the creator of the Cannatonic cannabis plant strain. Just this month The Werc Lab analyzed 17 Cannatonic samples for us, and found that one had 19.8% CBD. This is the highest CBD content found in a cannabis plant to date, and would allow patients to use significantly less plant material than the current Californian plants.
